Credits & Billing
Nwiro AI Pro bills per LLM turn, priced by model. The plugin itself is free; you only pay for AI usage.
Credits
Credits are deducted from your account after each assistant turn. The header of every chat shows:
- Running total for the current chat.
- Per-turn cost when you hover the number.
Free accounts ship with a handful of trial prompts. These are consumed before any balance, so you don’t accidentally burn credits while experimenting.
Top-ups
Profile → Credits → Add Balance lets you buy a fixed amount of credits. Useful for one-off top-ups without committing to a subscription. Credits from top-ups don’t expire.
Plans
Three monthly tiers, each with bonus credits:

Pick Yearly for 25% off the monthly rate. All plans include:
- All generation features (Biome Generator, Meshy, Tripo, File Editor).
- UE5 plugin access.
- Unused credits roll over month to month.
Change or cancel
From Profile → Subscription:
- Upgrade / downgrade is prorated immediately. The difference shows up on your next bill.
- Cancel keeps access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to top-up only.
Cost control
- Use Sonnet or Haiku for routine edits. Reserve Opus for complex reasoning.
- Start fresh chats for unrelated tasks. Long history gets re-sent each turn.
- Disable extensions you’re not using. Each extension adds context to every message.
- Plan Mode costs nothing beyond the planning tokens; no tool calls are billed.
Referral
Share your referral link from Profile → Referral. When a friend signs up and verifies their email:
- You earn $3 of credits.
- They get their trial prompts plus usually a small bonus.
- Limits: 3 per month, 10 lifetime per account.
The Referral tab shows your code, link, remaining monthly / lifetime caps, and a list of everyone who’s signed up via your link.
Transactions
Profile → Credits → Transaction History lists every top-up, subscription payment, credit spend, and refund. Paginated; typically 10 entries per page.
If a charge looks wrong, use Profile → Feedback with the transaction id. We review every feedback submission.
Payments
Nwiro uses Xsolla for card and alt-payment processing. Your payment details are handled by Xsolla; Nwiro doesn’t store card numbers.
Taxes / invoices
Xsolla issues receipts for every charge. If you need a tax-compliant invoice (VAT, GST, etc.), reach out via the feedback form with your company name / tax id; we’ll generate one.
